I live in Los Angeles for 25 years and I have never saw such an awful management company like this one! They do nothing! Let the buildings they manage go to the gutter. A once beautiful building becomes a dump in their hands. Filthy, trash is all over in and around the property. They lack of communication with the tenants and mostly they dont even respond. Avoid this management company at all coast!
They don't manage anything! Loud and inconsiderate neighbors are reported appropriately and seem like no action taken. Parking garage is trashy with pests and vermin because of the lack of garbage can removal for trash day and tenants continue to pile garbage on top of garbage etc. be weary when renting from this (mis)management company.
I would give them ZERO stars if I could. Absolutely terrible management company.
Terrible, everything worked very well until it was time to hand over my money from the security deposit. 1 month since I moved and I have not received my money and when I call the attention is terrible saying that they hang up on me and I no longer know what happened to me. I think they want to keep my money, they are very dishonest.
Extremely honest! Truly the best experience I've had with a property management company! Whenever there was something that needed to be fixed in our apartment it was always taking care of on time. And when we moved out they went above and beyond to make sure that the one issue we had was rectified quickly.
