I would not recommend this hospice company to anyone who truly cares about their loved one’s comfort and dignity. Our family had a very disappointing experience. From the beginning, the care felt disorganized and inconsistent. Communication was poor, and we were often left confused about who was responsible for our loved one’s care and what the actual plan was. My only advice is to choose another place if u know what’s best for u or anyone else. And I’ll just leave it at that. Would give 0/5 stars if I could!
I just don’t know what to say about this place. Definitely unsatisfactory if u ask me. I don’t understand how a place like this is still open with the way that they conduct themselves. Very unprofessional.
Unprofessional and definitely untimely. 1/10 wouldn’t recommend. Have to step their game up and be more professional!
Our loved one had a terrible experience with this company. They appeared very unorganized, and communication was poor throughout the process. Most importantly, they failed to provide the two things that mattered most to our loved one: comfort from pain and dignity during a vulnerable time. No family should have to worry about their loved one being left uncomfortable or feeling overlooked. We are deeply disappointed with the care and would not recommend this company.
