Had a 7 week stay while in between houses.Very nice and clean with a private entrance.Would definitely stay again if need be.Other than providing an actual stove, it was fully furnished for a comfortable stay. Also it was within walking distance to grocery and convenience stores.

Great place to stay especially if you enjoy peace and privacy. I have been raising my girls here safely and happily for over a year now and wouldn’t want to be anywhere else in Delaware. It’s a great little community feel and the amenities including the marvelous garden are just more than I could ask for. The owners Jim and Nan and the manager Brian are just so nice and accommodating. Called the manager about employment opportunities, but had the audacity to lie saying "Oh we're just a simple small hotel. We only have 8 rooms." Well according to YOUR pics on Google your hotel sure looks A LOT bigger than just 8 rooms. Also I drive by the hotel on a daily basis and it's HUGE. If you're not hiring just say so....no need to lie #Pinocchio 🤥
If you like that vintage Victorian style this place is phenomenal to stay at it's very warm and cozy and just like home away from home it is absolutely beautiful and hard to leave the service is phenomenal the receptionist is very educational about the area there is many things close by for food gas entertainment I would highly recommend this place to anyone
