I had some isssues with a ingrown toe nail. I sent a message through Dr. Bessett's online site to make the appointment. I got a immediate response I was hoping for. After arriving for my scheduled time, I checked in and only waited 3 minutes. Dr. Bessette came in the exam room, evaluated my situation and discussed options. I was very pleased with my recent visit. The office staff was friendly and organized both on the phone in person. The waiting room and exam rooms were clean and well kept. The tech brought me back on time and Dr. Bessette saw me within a minute of the tech leaving the room. Dr. Bessette is very knowledgeable but also down to earth and made me feel very comfortable. I left there with all of my questions answered feeling very good about my visit. Thank you for the great care!

My foot was badly swollen. Dr. Bessette, without looking at any xrays, had his assistant fit me for a $1,000 brace and told me to wear compression socks. I went to another podiatrist and he looked at my xrays, explain it all to me and told me I needed surgery. After the surgery I won't need the brace.

If your elderly ( my father ) in pain, can't walk and in need of foot surgery.....go someplace else. Your a liability to this Office...Pretty egregious.
