This is the best place...being old school I have been turned off by the institutionalized feeling of the larger eye care facilities....I was so happy to find Dover Eye Care...caring customer service and finding what works best for you....in addition to A+ exams....
Just had my appointment there. Everyone from Joy out front, to the lady who did my prelim eye testing (sorry I can't remember your name) and Dr Ting were so nice and lovely to deal with! Dr Ting took the time to answer some extra questions I had, very helpful. See you all next year for my next exam!
I can't say enough good things about this place. We were going to another place in Dover and thought it was great. Our doctor was a nice older gentlemen and everyone was nice, but we usually waited a long time. When we got new insurance, we had to change. I am amazed by the difference! The doctors are just as great. Reception is willing to take an hour of their time to fight with your insurance and figure out your confusing new benefits. The new technology makes everything so fast! I went to Dover Eye Care recently for an overdue eye appointment and glasses. I was very pleased with my exam - the Doctor explained everything she was doing; I chose my glasses and picked them up in about a week. Everyone was friendly and professional. I have to travel a distance to get there, but it was well worth it - the rest of the family will follow.
