Just the fact it was so difficult to even leave a review about Bally’s Dover Hotel and Casino tell’s everything about how it’s changed at the formerly Dover Downs casino. On September 28, 2023 I visited Bally's Dover Casino, travelling from NC. I drove my RV and stayed on the Casino parking lot over night, after gambling. I was awakened by a loud noise. I assumed it was maintenance cleaning the parking lot. The noise seemed to stay right in my area. I got up to check on the noise. I noticed a white truck parked very close to me. Our room was great with a view of the Dover NASCAR racetrack.Nice restaurants. Sunday brunch👍. The icecream was good. Been there twice, and we had a lot of fun.
This place is so disrespectful to the gay community! I will never give my money here again. It’s the 21st century GROW UP.

Had a great time this weekend with some friends!! I lost but it was a blast. Clean rooms, Casino floor and Longos and room service was delicious. The staff and casino host are awesome! Will definitely be back again soon. Thank You!!!
