I visited the hotel on 7/24/22-7/26/22. The first night of our stay, which was in room 402, I thought I saw something run across the floor twice but I brushed it off as flickering light from the tv. The next morning while getting dressed, I saw a mouse run from the bed towards the curtains. I merely had a heart attack. I run out of the room in a panic and advised housekeeping what happened. I was extremely disappointed with my recent stay at Bally’s Dover. We requested a couple of extra pillows, and when they arrived, we were told we couldn’t have them because the hotel has a “limited amount of pillows.” I’ve never experienced that at any hotel. I then spoke with the front desk manager, Donika, who was dismissive and made me feel as though my concerns didn’t matter because my room was a comped room.
