was told new doors would takr 6-8 weeks to come in. less than 4 weeks doors were in and installed the next day. everything works wonderfully and looks great too

On a Sunday afternoon, my garage door refused to open with my car stuck inside the garage. I called Dover doors and windows, 24 hour service and was told someone would be there in 45 mins to assist me. I was very happy with their quick response and offer to help. I did figure out how to manually open my garage door so cancelled their service . However, I had Dover schedule a technician to come the next day to check on my garage door lift! Spent over $5k with them less than 2 years ago and they want to nickel and dime me on fixing their storm door that fell out of alignment. Never again.
