I have a previous sales review on here that wasn’t great as well. Now going for service at their stand alone service department is also not great. I gave a list of items to check in my vehicle multiple times. Every time I pick up the vehicle I feel like I’m annoying them by asking about each item I requested to check. If I don’t ask I don’t even get any information or confirmation that anything is checked. Sunroof replaced and a rattle was created in the headliner. They told me “a speaker was loose”. On April 10, my vehicle was transferred from Silver Star Auto Repair to Dover Dodge Parts & Service. This transfer was coordinated directly with Silver Star. I was explicitly informed that I would be contacted before any work was initiated. On April 15, I received my first communication from Dover Dodge. During that call, Adam informed me that $3,100 in repairs had already been completed and that an additional $600 was required. This was the first notice of any work being performed. Needed to order the Mopar bed step for my 2026 Ram 2500. Got it online and said local pickup. Website is a little confusing because you can't designate which dealer you want. Overall glad I got the part and it's a great addition to my truck.
