Well, stock parts department with a friendly and knowledgeable staff
The service department is awful. For the past 2 years my husband’s Dodge Ram has been in and out of the service depart for the same issue with the transmission. Now the truck is out of warranty and broke down again. Yes the trans, and it was just fixed 4 days ago! They said it was low transmission fluid. Now the truck won’t shift and makes a banging/clunking noise just like it did all along. So disgusted with them. This truck is how my husband makes his living. He’s a contractor.
