On April 10, my vehicle was transferred from Silver Star Auto Repair to Dover Dodge Parts & Service. This transfer was coordinated directly with Silver Star. I was explicitly informed that I would be contacted before any work was initiated. On April 15, I received my first communication from Dover Dodge. During that call, Adam informed me that $3,100 in repairs had already been completed and that an additional $600 was required. This was the first notice of any work being performed. Needed to order the Mopar bed step for my 2026 Ram 2500. Got it online and said local pickup. Website is a little confusing because you can't designate which dealer you want. Overall glad I got the part and it's a great addition to my truck.
I brought my Jeep Cherokee to Dover Dodge for an electrical issue. Multiple dash lights come on randomly, certain features would be disabled, with occasional loss of power steering. We honestly go to this Mopar/Dodge Chrysler dealership because to us they are far more knowledgeable than some of the other Dodge/Chrysler Locations. Service/Parts had exactly what we needed. They were very knowledgeable, professional and got our part right away. And if you have a problem with your vehicle I'd recommend going here to this location if possible.
