We honestly go to this Mopar/Dodge Chrysler dealership because to us they are far more knowledgeable than some of the other Dodge/Chrysler Locations. Service/Parts had exactly what we needed. They were very knowledgeable, professional and got our part right away. And if you have a problem with your vehicle I'd recommend going here to this location if possible.
Over a month out to schedule emergency service. You can tell how much or little this dealership cares about their ordinary customers by how long it takes to schedule service. My '22 RAM has an exhaust issue that should be simple and quick for a qualified mechanic to fix but renders my truck practically inoperable until the work is done. The first appointment I can get is in Feb. They probably only really want to work on service fleet vehicles. Anyhow, don't take my word for it.
