Not sure where all the disconnect is but trying to reach someone by phone is a nightmare. We purchased our 2022 Dodge Durango from lease. Tried to have a meeting with the financial manager there and all he could do was pass the message along to our salesperson. Not really professional for the amount of vehicles that we purchased and leased there.
