horrible customer service. deceptive pricing. stay away.
Had a very bad experience at this dealership with the gentleman that runs the finance department. Took out a lease under an LLC now it reports on my personal credit. On top of that they are holding my plates hostage because of a an additional fee that he took it upon himself to pay for with his credit card. Not sure what dealership pays for fees using their personal credit card. I’ve tried talking to managers and we are not getting any where. Stay away from this dealership they are scamming people.
