We have had our care with these folks for more than 10 years since moving to the Dover area. My wife and I are delighted with their services. Great quality care and nice people.
I have been going to this practice for years. A few weeks ago, I bit down on something hard in a hamburger. I now have jaw pain and a swollen lymph node in my neck that makes it difficult to eat and swallow. I have been calling for 2 weeks trying to see Dr. Seda with no luck. All they say is..."we have you on the wait list." I will be looking for a new dentist that actually cares about their patients.
Terrible Dental office. Every time I walked in the place, the secretary was rude as hell. Although, I will say that Dr. seda is good. The customer service is just awful though. I was incarcerated and happened to miss my appt. I was charged a $40 cancellation fee, which I understand, but it honestly wasn’t my fault, on top of that I was dismissed from their practice for that reason. Dr Bevan is the best dentist I've ever had! Office staff is extremely friendly and so helpful. So glad to have found Dover Dental Arts.
