Do not live here!!! Management and owners do not care about the safety or security of the people who live here. In these pictures I’ve taken from inside one of their buildings is a blood bath from people who just walk in the buildings and attack people who live here. It stayed like this for a week and they did not even hire the right people to clean it up. John is the best maintenance guy there! I recommend asking for him if you have an issue in your apartment. He takes care of the problem immediately. This man deserves a raise!
The only people who leave reviews are the ones with bad experiences. Squeaky wheel gets greased. I haven't had any issues with this complex. I pay my bills on time and when I have a maintenance issue, it's addressed in a very timely and very professional manner. The maintenance supervisor (bald guy) is super knowledgeable and approachable.
Excellent professionalism. Jianina keeps everything running smoothly and is always helpful when we have needed her help.
