John is the best maintenance guy there! I recommend asking for him if you have an issue in your apartment. He takes care of the problem immediately. This man deserves a raise!
The only people who leave reviews are the ones with bad experiences. Squeaky wheel gets greased. I haven't had any issues with this complex. I pay my bills on time and when I have a maintenance issue, it's addressed in a very timely and very professional manner. The maintenance supervisor (bald guy) is super knowledgeable and approachable.
Excellent professionalism. Jianina keeps everything running smoothly and is always helpful when we have needed her help.
