I've been here for almost three years and this is the first year they are telling me it's not season for the ac. It's almost 90 degrees in my apartment unit and I can't turn the damn AC on that I pay for???!!!!!!
Make sure you tell people about the gas bill you get nothing showing you how much you use they don't mention gas you don't get anything just that you owe supposedly have central air and heat.
I’ve been in this so called apartment for 1 year I was not expecting such rude behavior from the management team maurica is very rude and the maintenance team is very bad I got mice in my apartment i cant wait for my contract to be done with this terrible apartment people mice is eating my stuff in there when ever something broke in the apartment i called it take them 2to3 days to come fix it all they care about is their money nothing else
This place was infesteddddddd with roaches no matter how many pest people how my bombs they just kept coming back you tell maintenance nothing happened thankfully we just bought a house no big in sight couldn’t wait to get out of here. The maintenance team is slow and just fixes stuff temporarily. The apartments have mold and leaks. The bathroom above us literally caved in and leaked all over our bathroom and maintenance just blamed the people upstairs. I’ve been here almost 2 years and all of a sudden there was roaches 🪳 where they come from I have no idea. The maintenance have no knowledge of how to fix or repair most of the repairs my tub was okay until the guy came to unclogged it now I have to use a stopper I’ve done a work order but it stated it was complete.
