We have an underground garage for a 24-unit condo complex. We needed some new automatic openers for owners and called Dover to get that done. Austyn, our tech, did an outstanding job. There were some challenges, but Austyn did some troubleshooting and research and got the job done. It was a long day, and I’m sure it was frustrating, but Austyn stayed upbeat, professional and helpful throughout it all.
