Dover did so right by me. I originally had a new opener installed and hoped Adam, the technician, could bring my old door back to life. He did a great job getting it working again. Unfortunately, the door just gave out. Thankfully Adam and Jake had given me a good quote for a new door and install. Just had two new doors installed in Davisburg, MI and everything was PERFECT. From the salesperson, Jake Helms who was professional, fast, responsive and communicated through the entire process to the installation, couldn't have done better. On the day of installation, Drake King and Joe Jackson knocked it out of the park. Two doors, tracks, operators, set-up and link-up to the Internet and app - again perfect execution. I was very impressed with the service from Dover Doors from start to finish. My point of contact was Jake and Dustin. They were very nice and helpful and quick to respond. My installers were Sean and Alex and they were awesome! Very friendly and knowledgeable and did a great job at installing my door. There were a few hiccups given the age and framing of my building and they were able to work around that and do a great job.
