By far the best Dental Office in Keswick!! From the moment you call, to the completion of treatment, this place is amazing. A diamond in the ruff, if you will. I can't say enough about their patient care. Daniella, goes above and beyond. She makes sure you understand everything before they start, and verifies all my questions have been answered. I never leave reviews, but felt so good about my experiences here. I know most people hate going to the dentist, but this place is worth the try!
THIS is The Dentist I have been searching for! From start to finish they take excellent care of you. The Receptionist Danielle is knowledgeable and kind. Dr. Graywall is a dream. If you tell her your tooth hurts, she tells you exactly what she’s going to do before she does it. There has been some big, positive changes in the office. To start, the new receptionist is amazing. Daniela is so helpful, and knows her stuff. Follows up when she says she will, and explains everything. She does go above and beyond to help. Another HUGE plus, was the removal of the doctor on Wednesday. The dentist that acts like an Orthodontist, they had there on Wednesdays, was horrible. Bedside manner is out the window, and made it evident she was there for the money. Had to wait one an hour and a half just before getting in the chair my appointment was at 4:30 and didn't get in until 6:10 probably won't go again
