OMG my family have come back after their appointment baffled at their experience with the Nurse Phoebe!! Very unprofessional, cranky and poor form reflection of Dovecare and the owners!! I’m putting this review here so others who visit Dovecare are aware of what to expect when you have a booking with nurse Phoebe- good luck! It’s like we need to have patience to put up with her sub-optimal manner and be assured she will blame you for everything🤯.
I am extremely disappointed with the level of customer service I received from the receptionist at Dove Care. I contacted the clinic simply to confirm my appointment, expecting a basic level of professionalism and courtesy. Unfortunately, the experience was completely the opposite. During the phone call, the receptionist did not allow me to finish speaking or give me the chance to confirm my details. I saw Dr Nalin today for the first time. I was a new patient and nervous to see Dr about my condition and he was very professional, patient, and helped me with my problem. The nurse also came to help and I was very grateful. The staff there are friendly also. I’m so glad I found this clinic and Dr Nalin. He is a really good doctor that takes the time to help and understand you.
