Stayed for a week with my husband and two children. The location and amenities were great! Walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and bikeable to Assateague. Didn’t hurt that the McDonald’s was across the street for picky eaters.. We used the indoor pool everyday, it was great to give our skin a break from the sun. Water park is within walking distance and has attractions for all ages. Between the included bike rentals, pool, and water park passes this was a great stay for our family. We will be back!!
I was a walk in and the rate I received was outstanding. Vivian was very kind, helpful and responsive. Check in was easy and departure was easy. Stayed in the beach house and it was very spacious and clean. No ants which I feel is hard to find a place without them in Chincoteague. Honestly I wish I could stay here since I come every year. Thank you again for your accommodations.
My stay at The Reef Villas was so wonderful. Vivian, the property manager, was so professional, kind, and helpful. I felt instantly at home and the Villa was very clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. It was an added bonus to find pet-friendly accommodations here at The Reef, and my pup Riley had a great time and loved her stay. The grounds are very well-kept and the property was peaceful and quiet. I'm already booking my stay for next year!
We stayed at The Reef on the first weekend of August. We received EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE from the moment I called to book our reservation. Vivian was so kind, courteous & more than accomodating when I mentioned that we would be traveling with my Father-in-law who is elderly & has trouble negotiating stairs. She suggested the Sol Villa.
