My stay at The Reef Villas was so wonderful. Vivian, the property manager, was so professional, kind, and helpful. I felt instantly at home and the Villa was very clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. It was an added bonus to find pet-friendly accommodations here at The Reef, and my pup Riley had a great time and loved her stay. The grounds are very well-kept and the property was peaceful and quiet. I'm already booking my stay for next year!
We stayed at The Reef on the first weekend of August. We received EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE from the moment I called to book our reservation. Vivian was so kind, courteous & more than accomodating when I mentioned that we would be traveling with my Father-in-law who is elderly & has trouble negotiating stairs. She suggested the Sol Villa. We had an amazing stay at The Reef in Chincoteague! We were a bit worried at first we wouldn’t have enough space with two teenage boys but it worked out perfectly. We stayed in The Crush Villa and the place was wonderful. It was very clean, stocked with essentials, and the beds were very comfortable. Best of all the location is absolutely amazing!!! One of the best (if not thee best) places I've ever stayed!!!!
We stayed here for our 5th Anniversary. The location is great and we loved the pool and Maui Jack passes! The towels were mismatched which was kinda random but was ok. Very quiet and friendly. Will definitely be back!
