This place was great under the previous owners. Then Greystar bought the property and it went downhill fast. They stopped maintaining the property as nicely, esp for what you pay. Trash, dog poop. Maintenance took longer. Rent went up more than it should on renewal and that was the last straw. Lived the previous front desk staff, never was impressed with the new ones, when they are even there. So my husband and I moved here during April. Part of what factored into our decision was the amenities but unfortunately we made the wrong one. The pool was scheduled to open Memorial Day weekend and was open for two days before being closed for about three weeks again. When the “heated” pool was finally re-opened it was freezing cold and staff has refused to turn on the heat for more than two days total since its opening quoting high temperatures. Steve at Dove Valley has been so responsive every time I've had a maintenance request. Sometimes, he even comes the same day I put in the request. He's professional, friendly, and highly skilled. This complex is pretty, too. Mature trees, open spaces, and I love my apartment. Thanks!
EDIT: just submitted my 5th maintenance request for my fridge after repeatedly telling them I needed a new one. My life saving medication requires consistent temps, which this isn't providing. Ever since greystar has taken over its a MESS. There's trash everywhere, the gates are always broken, the office is always empty, and phones turned off. Even the pool was broken the entire summer of 2024 and it's still broken, but they're charging $150 in "amenities" which wasn't a thing under the old management. There's bags of dog po... read more
