Such an amazing doctor for any sleep issues. Been seeing Dr Daniel for a year since my Inspire implant surgery. He is so kind and knowledgeable and takes the time needed to listen and help problem solve the titration of my device. He also knows a lot about weight loss and has been so encouraging of my weight loss journey.. Been to both locations and prefer Olympia because Lucas, his assistant, is the best. So friendly and helpful. I recommend this sleep center to anyone looking for personal and professional care.
Dr. Daniel is an amazing doctor, but your billing department sucks. If your going to send out bills and not return customers calls/ voicemails then call them and not know about insurance and past billing that's how you lose a patient. Bill insurance properly, train your employees correctly return voicemails otherwise your employees just sound incompetent when they call and you just end up having a irritated patient.
Very kind, knowledgeable, easy to talk to and understand. Dr. Daniel was passionate about my health and well-being. Front desk staff (male) was so helpful and friendly. I have never 'sat down' in the waiting area, because they have always brought me right back to an exam room, and then see Dr Daniel with in 5 min. Usually, the 5min wait is while they download your CPAP log/info. If you are considering Dove Sleep Center, do it. You will be in good hands.
This is a great place for sleep care! Dr. Daniel is wonderful, a great doctor and person. I totally recommend him. Lucas is great, too!
