Unethical Behavior by Dove Realty Agent Property owner, and Dove Realty real estate agent of this property - 7901 16TH AVE SW, SEATTLE WA 98106, Phuong Le, is attempting to sell this house represented as a five bedroom house. However, as the former tenant of the 'basement' unit that was recently inspected by the SDCI due to my tenant complaint regarding it being an unpermitted, illegal ADU unit, it is to my knowledge that the two 'bedrooms' in the basement area are not actually up to code to be labelled and sold as bedrooms.... read more
Extremely unprofessional. Walter Scamehorn is an absolutely disgruntled man and a con artist. All the reviews of people saying they were yelled at are so true. Stay away from Dove Realty for your own goodness sake. He has been sued by the WA state attorney General for misconduct and lost after pleading guilty. He had to pay 290k in restitution.
