In response to the owner’s post about not having any units where pets are accepted… it is a federal law under the Fair Housing Act that you can not discriminate against a disabled person who has a service animal or a person who has an Emotional Assistance Animal, even if the lease says, “no pets.” You are required by law to make reasonable accommodations, and you can not charge a pet fee. Very rude personal! I have service animals and this guy was rude asking me what was the reason I had them, I am not disable and that is why I cant get an apartment. I hope whom ever sees this is not to late for you to keep looking. If this is who they treat you I cant just imagine the night terror it would be living in the community and getting help from this kind of people. If I would give them no start or a negative start rest assure you I would have done it. KEEPPPP LOOKIINGGG, RUNNN FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!

My wife and I lived here for 2 years. The location is quiet and peaceful, the apartments are spacious with a huge balcony. Very modern and up to date. The landlord Matt was amazing, if anything was ever wrong or needed attention he was always reachable. If your looking for a great apartment without the hassle of hundreds of other people, and no open parking spots, check Dove Landing out. You wont regret it.
