We are extremely disappointed with our experience and the lack of accountability from Trophy Signature Homes regarding serious concrete issues at our home. We chose this builder in part because of their stated values, focus on families, and emphasis on integrity. Unfortunately, this experience has caused us to lose faith in those claims. During our home buying process, the Dove Hollow Sales Representative, Tyler, was extremely helpful! We had kids in tow during our first visit, and he was nothing but patient and kind. He always listened intently, and provided a quick and professional response. Whenever we had questions, he always made sure to get an answer in a timely manner.
