I was seeing the female dentist there, I tried to tell her about a pain I was having that was different from the other, they kept telling me it's ok that it was normal. Well, this wasn't normal, I found a video that explained exactly what my issue was, I sent it to them, and they sent me a letter telling me I was no longer a patient. Dr Dove and his staff are the most wonderful group of Dentistry providers I have ever met.Having been in the healthcare field for 25 yrs I know a good bedside manner when I see one.They listened to my wants and needs and acted accordingly.The result of my treatment is amazing and I couldn't be happier.Thank you so much Dr Dove for listening to me and giving me what I wanted.
