I've recently moved in. As far as I can tell, the pros far outweigh the cons: - The neighboorhood is quiet (outside of traffic from the airline highway) - There's assigned parking - The property has many trees to provide shade and makes the area more aesthetically pleasing. - Spacious 1 bedroom apartments with tile flooring - Gated community - Nice staff and quick to respond Edit: I've lived at Dove creek for about 2 years now. Dove Creek is a wonderful and quiet place to stay. The leasing agents go above and beyond to make sure everything fits your needs. The maintenance team is incredibly fast and responsive, even fixing things on weekends if needed. Ms. Sharonda went out of her way to help me get my stove fixed when I first moved in, despite being off work. Both leasing agents made me feel very welcome. Highly recommend! Quick and Easy move in process!
