After emails not being answered, calls not being returned and the general ignoring I have received I went ahead and purchased from another dealer. I was told by Denny that he was not a guy who bullshits customers and plays games and that is all i got. I told him I had cash in hand to make the purchase and did not want to wait a long time. if the vehicle was not able to be sold then it should not have been advertised for sale. That is bad business. Bob at Dove Auto made my first car purchase simple and exciting! He showed me the best cars for my price range and really accommodated everything I was looking for in a car. I looked a few other places and Dove Auto was by far the best place I went. The prices were great, there were was no pressure to spend more than I budgeted, and the financing process was easy to understand and a great deal.
