Saw Dr. Berkowitz for my knee problem. He was so down to earth and easy to speak to. The staff is so sweet and caring. Denise, Marissa and Shelby were lovely too. Highly recommend!!!!
I must say untill this day the doctor is professional and and nice yet Shelby is not what I expected she does not have it in her with good customers service never did she comes out strong with attitude take it or leave it and that is not something that looks good for the doctor because with out us they won’t be there no customers and surgery we pay for a lot of money and for her to come out her face like that like she is paying the bills is mind bottling is not what you say is how you say it The world does not revolve around... read more
best orthopedic in nyc area am just have my surgery three days ago dov berkowitz is been my orthopedic for 5 years am can’t complain at all
This doctor did 2 surgeries in both shoulders. Is been 4 years and he did an amazing job! I highly recommend him.
The worse customer service ever you never get to speak with dr berkowitz nor do you see him. The woman in the front have no compassion what so ever very unprofessional. I can’t wait until my case is closed and i’m done with this office.
