My Aunt had unexpectedly passed away and I had to take over her policy and change the accounts. Karen was so nice, helpful and very caring for my situation. She made the transition super easy and hassle free at a time when nothing was going easily. She walked me through everything, answered all my questions and presented me with all my options and information I needed. I decided to stay with Douple and have been with them for close to 6 years, I couldn't be happier! They are wonderful and I absolutely recommend them.
I have been with Douple agency since I was 15 years old, so for over 45 years. Through many changes in the years, the staff remains extremely helpful and friendly. Their underwriting team, on the other hand, can be a bit challenging. It took me three months to get property insurance in place, When I already had four policies in with them. I could’ve gone to many other insurance carriers, and had it in place in less than a week. So I think there could be room for much improvement in this area.
Anthony's help with Medicare questions and guidance was invaluable for a newly retired person. All the recent help I've received from Douple has been very thorough and as a 'first time' Douple customer, I would certainly recommend Douple to my family and friends.
