Shout out for Sheali! We were so grateful to have her bedside for our delivery. Like most pregnancies/deliveries we had many things come up unexpectedly. Sheali was quick to adapt and flow with necessary changes. She had a wonderful rapport with the hospital staff and became part of our essential birthing team. My fondest moments were how interchangeable she was with my partner allowing for him to take breaks but also instilling confidence in him as he joined in on the fun. Thank you Sheali for being part of our big day!

I loved working with doulas of Utah. I had the opportunity to work with Sheali and she was incredible. I always felt comfortable and heard working with her and she was a rockstar in the delivery room. She was attentive and always one step ahead. She was helpful with counter pressure and anything I asked for to help cope. She was always helpful in suggesting new positions to try to help move baby and progress labor! I loved my experience with Sheali!

I truly cannot recommend them enough! If there’s one piece of advice I can give to any expecting mom, it’s this: GET A DOULA! It makes such a difference. From being able to message them when you’re feeling worried, to having someone by your side who will advocate for you, the support is unmatched. From beginning to end, I felt completely cared for. I loved working with Sheali, the doula I was connected with through Doulas of Utah. There was a doula change a few weeks into signing on that felt confusing for a moment, but once things were sorted out and I knew my main person of contact, everything was pretty smooth sailing.
