I loved working with doulas of Utah. I had the opportunity to work with Sheali and she was incredible. I always felt comfortable and heard working with her and she was a rockstar in the delivery room. She was attentive and always one step ahead. She was helpful with counter pressure and anything I asked for to help cope. She was always helpful in suggesting new positions to try to help move baby and progress labor! I loved my experience with Sheali!
I truly cannot recommend them enough! If there’s one piece of advice I can give to any expecting mom, it’s this: GET A DOULA! It makes such a difference. From being able to message them when you’re feeling worried, to having someone by your side who will advocate for you, the support is unmatched. From beginning to end, I felt completely cared for. I loved working with Sheali, the doula I was connected with through Doulas of Utah. There was a doula change a few weeks into signing on that felt confusing for a moment, but once things were sorted out and I knew my main person of contact, everything was pretty smooth sailing. We welcomed our baby girl into the world a couple of months ago and decided early in the pregnancy that we wanted to keep the placenta and have it encapsulated. I am 1000% grateful I decided to get a Doula with Doulas of Utah. Sheali was ABSOLUTELY amazing and I can’t imagine what it would have been like without her!
