Prompt, Accurate and Polite – Doug diagnosed the problem with my 50" 1080p, DLP, HDTV over the phone yesterday simply by my description. He ordered the part, called this morning and said it was in, came out and fixed the problem within 20 mins of his arrival. He even beat me to the house and WAITED!
