Summer 2019, had a wind storm that blew down a large tree along with its attached roots. Received a proposal from Doug's Tree Care Service (DTS) to remove the tree stump and the attached roots. I was told that the job would take less than a day to complete. The work was not done so I attempted several times to contact DTS leaving my name and phone number. DTS never returned any of my calls.
