They do very awesome work..other people that had problems with a transmission.didnt listen 2 the person that install it into there MARK 7..LICON.WHICH was a long time ago funny how they blame this shop..its was the owner of the mark 7 fault..lmfao
Misty is extremely friendly and tries to be very helpful. Took my car in to have trans rebuilt. Took in on Monday said would be done in 3 days... Got it back the following Monday. Was leaking fluid took it back the following day fixed the leak. Took car in this past Monday told them it was shifting hard. Needed it back Friday when I got back from Alabama. Car was not done. Picked it up drove it for the weekend and took it back Sunday by 6pm. Was told it was a 10 min fix and that Doug would be in by 7am to fix it. Was not don... read more
I've had work done in the past & would recommend Doug's 2 anyone. They have taken very good care of my grandfather & myself. They take the time to explain the problem & that means alot. I've just recommend you 2 another friend that will be in 2 c u. Thank u 4 taking care of the kraehnke family.
