Great customer service, easy to follow along, explained everything, and very knowledgeable. Edit: Second experience was not the greatest. First plumber didn’t install the new flange correctly and temporary fixed our pressurized toilet flush (we fixed later ourselves); the people are very nice and understanding. Also had some trouble finding my account from first job. (Photos of second job) Sadly will probably not hire again.
The service individual, Henry Faulkner, always conduct himself in a professional manner, he’s very detailed and accurate. I commend his level of attentiveness. Thank you for servicing us. Initially on the first 2 days, I was really excited about Henry's service. He asked for a review and I gave it to him based on those two days only. I got a brand new unit as long as I know back in November of last year and have been having issues with it’s been only 6 months that I have this unit and I still have problems the living room temperature is always at 80 degrees and the small rooms too not sure what is the issue but I didn’t pay 5 dollars for this unit it was 16 thousand and haven’t have my issue resolved this is the worst place to get a unit as I see now
It took a year but they finally came to repair and paint my wall.
