I got a brand new unit as long as I know back in November of last year and have been having issues with it’s been only 6 months that I have this unit and I still have problems the living room temperature is always at 80 degrees and the small rooms too not sure what is the issue but I didn’t pay 5 dollars for this unit it was 16 thousand and haven’t have my issue resolved this is the worst place to get a unit as I see now
It took a year but they finally came to repair and paint my wall.
Thankful Grant with Doug’s could come out today, on a holiday, get me fixed up and back up and running, and give some advice to prevent next time issues.
Our technician was very professional and informative.
