Contacted Doug’s due to my hot water heater being busted. Henry came out the next day and went above and beyond getting a new one installed. Very professional, very courteous, and very efficient. Amazing team effort from the very first call.
Quickly solved the problem and were so nice! Will for sure use Doug’s in the future if I have any issues!
The tech came, did his job while explaining what he was doing. We talked on many topics, we both knew some of the same people. Well, I talked a lot so I enjoyed talking g to him while he was doing his job.
