Water heater not producing hot water. Checked breaker-OK it was on, Called Doug’s told girl water heater not working, breaker was on so it must be elements inside tank not working. She had a technician sent out. He checked breaker and told me it was on (I knew that) then he checked heater said element would probably need to be changed (I knew that, that’s why I called). Very good service for a last-minute, after-hours booking. Aubry troubleshooted the problem and even drove to a coworker's house to pick up a filter.
We called Doug's last night because my Mom's a/c went out. First thing this morning the nicest and very knowledgeable technician, Aubrey, showed up. He quickly diagnosed the issue and rectified the problem. We were pleased with our experience.
