I have been trying to remain quiet because I don't like leaving bad reviews, but I cannot hold my tongue any longer. Doug's Repair are crooks. They are thieves. They are liars. They stuck me with a substandard HVAC unit. They lied about it. They left me with enormous debt. And their dishonest business practices continue to go unchecked.
