A great guy, incredibly helpful,knowledgeable & honest. Went to a local plumbing supply store looking for a unique piece for a plumbing repair. The supply store did not have the actual piece I needed but recommended I speak with 1 of the 2 plumbers that were there also buying supplies. When I asked Doug immediately took the piece, borrowed 2 wrenches, disassembled & walked into the supply room and pieced everything together.
