We had to call them back out a few hours after they installed a toilet for us. There was something down in pipes (most likely concrete that they broke off our floor) They charge $180/hour. They charged us two service calls. $180/hr is excessive for this service when it requires basic skills like snaking a drain that they backed up. They lost 3 customers today cause we all aren't using them again.
