Pleased in So Bend for the 3rd season in a row ! Doug' s Mishawaka Tree Service & crew are amazing at what they do. Doug is very knowledgable and seasoned at his craft . He knows how to direct you on what needs doing on your property & gets it done . Our back property looks like a park ! All the projects he has taken on here have us very pleased. Horrible customer service. When I called he made it sound like I was wasting his time. Then he said oh I will be out on thursday and I'll give you a call on my way. He didn't even give me a time so I had to ask. He said probably around 12 or 1. He never showed up or even called to say he wasn't coming.
I am very pleased with the results. Doug and his team were efficient, extremely courteous, and cleaned up the entire yard when through. They take pride in their work. I am thanking them for their quality with this posting. I hope it helps generate the business that they deserve.
