Great service. Terrific Price. Outstanding Results! – Have used a number of the bigger names for carpet cleaning and was looking for a local Plano firm. The rental home we own and lease just became vacant... the rugs were... shall we say looking real bad after the last tenant. Called Doug's after finding them on a Google search. Liked the local flavor they exhibited on their web. Jason called right back and within an hour they sent over one of their service guys (Martin).
