I brought an old beat-up Honda lawn mower that my wife loves to death and does her work.. the thing that got me about this guy what's the fact that he answered the phone after hours approximately 2 hours after he was closed I felt that was very endearing... also the man did a lot more to my lawn mower making me feel that he went over and above..
