Initial job was okay we paid over $9000 for a new unit but once that was finished it was like pulling teeth to get him back or to even reply back. Was always we are behind or he would say he was coming and not show basically no communication from him.
outstanding! Doug's Heating and Air came out to take a look at our unit that was not working properly, and they made sure to take the time to walk us through everything that was going on so we understood and we're comfortable. Then after the repair, they stopped and showed us what to look for and how to keep our unit running like new. They were absolutely amazing. I would recommend them to any friend or family to get work done! We will only be using Doug's for now on!!
