Doug’s automotive has been great. I used to go to the DARCARS of Toyota for my 2 Toyotas and I started looking for different auto shops due to delays, service issues, and costs. Doug’s has been very transparent about the work that they’re going to do, and they haven’t tried to upsell you me on any services. They tell me what’s recommended for my next visit on the service report and leave it at that. I’ve never had any complaints after getting my car serviced.
