Hi, I discovered one of the tires on my car was almost flat last week March 12, 2026. I was in Frederick MD. I looked on line and found Doug's Automotive and texted them. The person (Julia) was very helpful and she strongly recommended putting air in the tire before driving over. I found air nearby; then, drove over. I had no wait. Julia runs the front office and she knows cars. The repair was successful and I was on my way. I know this does not sound heroic; but, in time of need, Doug's came through for me.
