There was a clunk sound coming from the front end of the car. I took it in asked for it to be looked at, gave my thoughts to what I thought it was, asked them to check. They told me the control arms just needed to be tightened, charged me 160$ just for that(which I would be fine with) but the noise still there when I drive it. Doesn’t handle any different either
Doug’s Auto is fully deserving of all 5 stars! Somehow I always leave so pleased with their service, I’m almost giddy! I will be using them for as long as they are around. The staff is friendly, honest, and efficient. They always seem to get things done faster and cheaper than I would have ever expected. They won’t hassle you or try to convince you to pay for more than what you need. You can trust their work and integrity.
