I have done most of my repairs with Doug. I had complete confidence in him until today. I had an appt confirmed for 10 am. We arrived and no one was there. This isn't very professional. Someone else just gained our business because of your error! Meanwhile there were 2 other people who pulled up and said some not so pleasant words about your business as we were waiting...Your business says you open at 9 am and we had an appt at 10 am you should adhere to what you schedule!

Had spoken to them Friday night about having my car towed there for service Saturday. The man I spoke to on the phone assured me they would work on it Saturday morning and to have it towed there so I did. I called shortly after it was supposed to be delivered to the shop the following morning and got no answer. Figured maybe they were busy working on it so I waited and called back around noon and still got the answering machine. I was having a lot of issues with my car and the dealer was just giving me the run around. I took it to Doug’s and he let me know up front of all the issues explained what was very important to fix now and what could wait and was very up front with all costs. Of course any work from a good mechanic is going to hurt your pockets but it’s well worth knowing the work is done correctly! Thanks for all your help! Oh! And the gal at the front was awesome at explaining everything that I did not understand from the mechanic!!!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLES TO DOUGS AUTO REPAIR! Let me give you some background... my car was leaking oil. Took it to the Mazda dealer here in town where they told me I was leaking from front main seal and it would cost 900$ to fix it. Well, I decided to shop around town for some other mechanics before paying such a high price to fix. I found Doug’s auto repair and they had a better price and good reviews, so I decided “why not”. We have went above and beyond trying to remedy this issue but your remedy is for us to buy you a new vehicle thats a little outlandish dont you think? We would repair your car free of charge and have before but you wont allow me to do that either i apologize for the bad experience you had with us and wish we could make this right but you refuse to come to any reasonable agreements.
Couldn’t be happier. Lightning fast turn around, extremely reasonable, and great people to work with. Can’t recommend higher!
