There are simply not enough positive things I can say about Terry and the people at Doug's Auto Body. They made the whole process easy, dealing with my insurance company and working to get parts on time. My car was ready a day earlier than estimated, and it is clean and sparkling on both the inside and out. It looks like new again. I can't even tell it was damaged. If you ever have to use an auto body shop, this is the one that checks off all the boxes. You won't be disappointed.
I agree with all the reviews that talk about the professionalism, quality care, and communication of everyone on staff. I especially appreciated that they could deal with insurance so proficiently. It helps a lot at a stressful time in a person's life.
