Our Samsung dryer stopped working suddenly. We were referred to Doug's Appliance Exchange and were very happy with the experience. We had called another repair business and they wanted $100 to come out to look at the dryer and then would apply that to whatever the cost would be. My 2 year old Samsung dryer started making awful squealing noises and after trying to fix it myself, I got to the point where I needed a professional. We purchased a used washer from here. We have always purchased used, and previously purchased from a repair shop in Alpharetta. When we brought it home, we noticed an aweful smell and went to clean it. Then we learned he had OVERRIDDEN THE SAFETY LOCK and it leaked. when we brought it back, he told my husband "only stupid people need the lid to lock on the spin cycle"....nothing about people with children, etc. When we asked him about the numerous issues, he told me "what do you expect when you buy used?"...... I have talked to Doug's a couple times on the phone and they have freely given DIY advice/diagnosis (not that i recommend DIY, I am a gluten for punishment and saw Doug's do today in 1/2 an hour what would have taken me 4) and another couple times they have done appliance service calls same or next day for family members who were very pleased. Based on reading local facebook forums a ton of other people recommend Doug's as well.
Great prices , good man , you only need to buy here. Purchased a washer and dryer , single mom who needed a cheap set . They did not disappoint Thank you for being a good business man
