I can't believe how amazing this company has been. Called so many other companies and it was $1000 plus to take a lid out of a storm drain. Dougness did it for a fraction of the cost. Such decent people. Everyone from Gord to the two young fellows that came within a half an hour of my phone call were so knowledgeable and absolutely wonderful to deal with. I highly recommend them!

Very cheap company. Trucks don't work last long, all of them in rust and always break down. Employees cannot work full time because something breaks every day. I think customers are unhappy that the company can't get the job done on time. This owner hired workers when he needed them and laid off them when he didn't have enough work to do. This is not the best team to work with. Gossip and the owner is cheap guy. This company will go bankrupt. Not recommended.

I have not used their services but I will assume they are not environmentally conscious. I was shopping in Langley and they had two trucks just sitting idling in the Save On Foods parking lot. One truck was #306. They were there when I went into the store and still idling when I returned to my car. They had no concern that the fumes were making me cough as both their tailpipes were at the front of my car. The inside of my car was full of fumes making me feel ill. I would not recommend anyone to use this company.
