Do not move there. I was only there 1 year and we had 4 different managers and maintenance crew. When you leave they will put late charges on your account when you were never late. They use the Jetty Company for deposits and you never get that money back. They have a ongoing issue with Trash Pickup. No one will return your calls ever...
My grandmother's apartment flooded last week and she couldn't get ahold of the leasing office for three whole days. I have being trying to call their office to speak about additional repairs on her behalf for the last several days, but now they're number is suddenly out of service. I lived there and it was once nice. Now people hang out playing loud music and fighting. And you wonder where the gun shots coming from on Chicago? My apartment had mold from a burst water heater and they never changed the air filters, spray for bugs, clean carpet at time of renewal. The electric wiring is a hazard where outlets burns out. An electrician stated the unit was out of compliance because the water heater and gas furnace is housed in the same closet.
