I absolutely hated this place. There has been several changes in Management and the maintenance crew so nobody ever knows what’s going on from the last people who left and know where to pickup. It takes a ridiculous amount of time to get things fixed a RIDICULOUS amount of time. The trash is out of control, everywhere, picked through, in the breezeway. Do NOT apply to these apartments. I applied and provided all of the information, as well as the $200 application fee. They ran a background check, and it came back perfect. I never heard back from them. I called and they said if you leave a message that you will receive a call back the following day. I left a message and never heard back from them. This is a scam, do not apply and waste your money.
This is the worst apartments ever in Douglasville do not move to these apartments. They are the worst and the scam you out of your money. My money would’ve been taken from a person at the front Desk she stole my money order and paid her rent. This is the scam is apartments in Douglasville. Do not move to these apartments.
