Jeremy came out and got right to work, he fixed our AC unit with no problem and provided sound advice and expertise. Thanks again!
Jeremy was knowledgeable and friendly! Excellent work and overall a great experience. Didn’t just fix my issues, but gave easy to understand explanations that would help keep my AC running even through the ATL heat.
Update: 8/4 Jeremy returned to address an issue with the zone board. Very thorough in checking everything looked good before leaving. Kind, respectful, and always picks up and puts back everything as he found it. Been using their team for years. Always courteous and knowledgeable. Jeremy helped out this last visit and was kind and communicative. Will keep going to Douglasville H&Air for future needs.
Douglasville Heating and Air has been our HVAC contractor for years and we have always been pleased. Jeremy has come twice a year now for several years and has been great. Knowledgeable and polite every time. They are quick to respond to trouble calls and easy to work with. Great local company.
Jeremy was great! The whole company was fantastic! Will always call them if needed in the future. Thanks, Guys!!
