Not only does the appointment time that the office personnel set seem to mean nothing, but when you call for details on the delay and to understand why there's been ZERO attempt at communication to the customer. After having some flex duct collapse, we contacted Douglasville Heating and Air. Makenzie came out and gave us a price. Steve and the other guys spent four days at our house replacing all of our flex duct with hard pipe. It was the best thing we ever did. They did a super job and the temperature in our home is so comfortable now. We highly recommend Douglasville Heating and Air. They will do you proud!
