I use to be a patient with Dr. Puppala. This doctor is more interested in pushing patients to do injections or spinal cord stimulator than any other care. I wonder why $$$$. I felt like my concerns were not validated. He does have a bit of a standoffish personality that u often see in surgeons. Seeking pain management is often your last option to a livable life for a person living with chronic pain.. For me this wasn't the best option. I need a doctor who LISTENS to my concerns and goals in "my" treatment plan.
