Been here for about 7 months and I absolutely love it! The neighborhood is quiet and rarely here anything through the walls. The buildings were built in the 80s so they are a little old in terms of design, but I don't mind plain cabinet doors. I have had little issue with maintenance, they have been very helpful and on the ball with any issue I have reported. The worst issue I had was when I first moved in the AC was not working properly which caused my electric to be high. It took about 2 weeks to get the AC fixed, but they... read more
-100/10 I would not recommend this place at all. We dealt with flooding and mold in our apartment and because of that my husband and I started getting sick. The maintenance people know what the issues are but they do nothing about it. This place should be condemned.
To make a long story short: rats, mold, flooding in some units during hurricane season, run down pool areas and gym, squirrels digging through the ceiling and attic. The only selling points are the location and the neighborhood is quiet. Management has changed several times in the past two years. I haven’t really had any issues with the newest round but also haven’t seen any positive changes in the community.
