To make a long story short: rats, mold, flooding in some units during hurricane season, run down pool areas and gym, squirrels digging through the ceiling and attic. The only selling points are the location and the neighborhood is quiet. Management has changed several times in the past two years. I haven’t really had any issues with the newest round but also haven’t seen any positive changes in the community. Absolute worst complex ever!!! Do not move here! I cant wait until my girlfriend moves out of this place, the staff aren't knowledgeable at all they just throw parts at everything and hope it works and the turnover of employment here is insane, speaks volumes!!! In almost 2 years they've only had 1 professional maintenance guy that people seemed to like then after the hurricane i heard from another resident that he was fired!
