I arrived early for my appointment and they were able to get me in and finished before my appointment time was even done. They are amazing. They always do great work for us.
Replaced all the windows in my home and did an amazing job. Derek took great care of me and was very straightforward and easy to deal with.
Had a chunk of ice break one of the glass doors at our church. Called Douglass and they had a replacement in stock, loaded up and were there in an hour!! Door was repaired by two friendly and competent guys who also took care of a couple of other minor things on two other doors! Fantastic service Douglass!!!
