Replaced all the windows in my home and did an amazing job. Derek took great care of me and was very straightforward and easy to deal with.
Had a chunk of ice break one of the glass doors at our church. Called Douglass and they had a replacement in stock, loaded up and were there in an hour!! Door was repaired by two friendly and competent guys who also took care of a couple of other minor things on two other doors! Fantastic service Douglass!!!
