Just horrible. I’d give them 0 stars if I could. For service, do not bring your car here. They are unhelpful, try to nickel and dime you at every opportunity, and are at times liars. They once told me I needed a serpentine belt replaced and quoted me a price. I took it somewhere else and had it replaced. Then, when I took it for an oil change two months later they looked at it again and tried to tell me it needs to be replaced. Great experience picking up a 2020 CX-5 Signature Series for my daughter at Purdy Mazda with Joseph, Angie, and Kaleb. Made the online purchasing experience, and face to face closing process.... dare I say, "pleasurable". I would make the drive from Houston to Bryan to purchase another car for that type of service. Nicely played, Team Purdy.
I had a great experience at the Purdy Dealership. Joseph and Angie were very professional and friendly. Angie and Joseph had a warm greeting for us when we arrived. We were in and out in 1hr.
